Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Packages are shipped in collaboration with Postnord or UPS and are usually delivered through the carrier's local delivery point or to your door. Shipping cost is automatically calculated and displayed in the shopping cart at checkout. Shipping companies may vary depending on the country. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific questions regarding your delivery!
When ordering items that are marked "In stock" we will send your order from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 13.00 on weekdays are usually shipped the same day from our warehouse.
If we are unable to deliver the order within a reasonable time and the delivery time is of material importance, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase.
Please note that during periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and other high-intensity days, the delivery time may be extended by 1-3 days.
If any of the products you have ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than the other products on your order, we may in some cases split your delivery.
Returns
Want to return something? No problem!
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a generous 30-day return policy on all items, exceeding the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, which means that you have 30 days from the time you receive the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Here's how it works:
1. Simply notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you'd like to return an item. You can easily do this through our contact form.
2. Once we receive your notification, you have 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
3. For a full refund, please return the items in their original packaging and unused condition. Any damage or signs of wear may result in a partial refund.
We offer full refunds via your original payment method for all qualifying returns. If you're only returning part of your order, we'll refund you for the cost of the returned items.

Exchanges
While we don't offer direct exchanges at this moment, we understand getting the perfect fit is important. Here's how we can make it easy to swap your item for the right color or size.
1. Just let us know you'd like to return an item for a different size or color. We're happy to guide you through the process. Contact us
2. Return the unused item in its original packaging and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving it.
3. Simply place a new order for the desired size or color!

How to Return Your Item
We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. Here's how to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
1. Contact Us - Initiate a return request through our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Receive Return Information - You'll receive a QR code via SMS or a PDF return label via email. Print the PDF label and securely attach it to your return package.
3. Provide Return Details - When contacting us, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) being returned (with article numbers if available)
- Email address
- Phone number
4. Return and Refund - Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase amount.
Please note! Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility for non-faulty items.

Complaints
If you're not satisfied with a product due to a defect or damage, you can file a complaint and request a remedy. We offer various options such as repair, price reduction, replacement, or cancellation of the purchase.
How to File a Complaint

2. Provide Order Details: Include your full name, order number, item(s) being complained about (with article numbers if available), email address, and phone number.

Complaint Remedies
Depending on the nature of the defect or damage, we may offer one of the following remedies:

Replacement: We'll provide a replacement product.
Price Reduction: We'll offer a partial refund based on the diminished value of the product.
