In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your personal data in order to fulfill transport, payment and invoicing. Your data can then be passed on to our payment intermediary Klarna and our logistics partners so that they can fulfill their obligations.

In order to complete an order and delivery, we need your name, telephone number, address and e-mail. In cases where you choose to pay via invoice or partial payment service from Klarna, your social security number must also be entered. You can find more information about which data we provide to Klarna further down.

In order to offer you a customer service, we also save certain personal data to be able to answer questions and handle your case. The information then applies, for example, to name, order information, payment information and e-mail address. We do this in order, among other things, to be able to offer returns, complaints or exchanges of goods you bought from us. By collecting this information, we make customer service smoother and faster.

 

E-mails from Epic

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will save your email address for our mailings. You can withdraw your consent to the sending of newsletters, campaigns and offers at any time by unregistering via the e-mail you receive from us. We never disclose this information to unauthorized parties or sell it on to external parties.

 

Who accesses your personal data?

Delivery

In order to fulfill our legal obligations regarding the delivery of your order, we share the necessary information our shipping companies require. This concerns, for example, data such as name, address and telephone number.

Payment

We use Klarna as the supplier of our checkout. This means that we may share your personal data such as contact details and order information with Klarna when the checkout is loaded, so that Klarna can handle your purchase. Your shared personal data is processed according to Klarna's own privacy notice information.

Cookies

We use device identifiers to tailor content and ads to our users, provide social media features, and analyze our traffic. We also forward such identifiers and other information from your device to the social media and advertising and analytics companies with which we partner.
