You can find the article number inside the lining of your bag or in the order confirmation. If you can't find the article number on your bag, or if you have other questions about complaints or spare parts, contact us here.

If you cannot find your spare part in the generator, we do not have it in stock. In some cases, we can order the spare part if it is not out of stock at the supplier. Please go under Customer service - complaints and describe your case in the form with the article number and the spare part you are missing.
