The right material

We always comply with current EU legislation (ECHA) and apply the REACH regulation to all materials from our suppliers. We believe in as few additives as possible in the materials and in cases where the material requires a chemical additive to reach maximum quality and service life, it should be kept well below the limit values.
We work hard with substitution in all situations and it permeates all product development, as an example EPIC was the first in the world with a suitcase in Biocomposite, Phantom BIO in Trifilon BioLite.

Simple repairs

You shouldn't need a whole toolbox to change a wheel or a handle, it should be easy to replace components if they are worn out to maximize the life of the suitcase.
We must always supply spare parts to the greatest extent possible. An example of an initiative for smoother changes is our patented EPIC Standard system where we have developed a standardized system for easier wheel changes. We have a full range of interchangeable wheels that fit the EPIC Standard. Order your spare parts easily through our website, you will receive them by post and all you need is a screwdriver.

Code of Conduct

We are members of the amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI) which was established by the Foreign Trade Association (FTA) in recognition of international trade as an important vehicle for human prosperity and social economic growth.
amfori BSCI's Code of Conduct (the amfori BSCI Code) consists of a set of principles and values ​​that reflect amfori BSCI's members' beliefs and expectations of their business partners.
The amfori BSCI code is based on international conventions such as the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Children's Rights Principles for Business, the UN's Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights, the OECD's guidelines, the UN Global Compact and conventions and recommendations from the International Labor Organization - the (ILO) that are relevant to improving working conditions in the supply chain.
