1. General Terms and Conditions
By purchasing goods from our range, you agree to our terms and conditions in effect at the time and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is correct. To place an order on epictravelgear.com you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental consent, we refer to the Parental Code.
2. Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The order will be fully confirmed once we have packed the goods and booked a delivery. If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via our contact form.
3. Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 2-3 business days. Please note! Orders placed on weekends and Swedish holidays will be shipped at the earliest the next business day. Our products are shipped from Sweden and can only be shipped to addresses listed on our website epictravelgear.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to a specific address. In the event that we do not deliver, a full refund will be issued.
4. Shipping
The shipping cost is in accordance with the order confirmation. The shipping options and shipping companies available are shown in the checkout. Shipping companies may vary depending on the country. We reserve the right to change shipping companies and shipping costs. Epictravelgear.com is not responsible for any additional costs associated with delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
When you purchase goods online, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you receive the goods you have ordered. At epictravelgear.com we offer a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the time you receive the goods to exercise your right of withdrawal.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal
Alla returer måste i förväg avtalas med kundtjänst via vårt kontaktformulär. I ditt meddelande ska ditt namn, din adress, e-postadress, ordernumret samt vilka varor som returneringen gäller framgå klart och tydligt. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return. The products should therefore be sent well-packaged, preferably in the original packaging and with the associated labels. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the value decrease compared to the original value of the product in case of a used or damaged product from the refund amount.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to
Specially manufactured or custom made products. However, this does not apply if there is a manufacturing defect in the product in question, in which case the normal warranty applies.

6. Availability and prices
On epictravelgear.com, you can find stock status for all items. Please note that stock status changes continuously and while we are processing your order, it is possible that your particular item may run out of stock. We will always confirm the status of your order via email.
All prices in the store are shown in the currency of the country you are shopping from and all prices include applicable VAT*. Our prices may change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as significant changes in raw material prices, currency fluctuations or changes in VAT. If VAT changes, we reserve the right to adjust our prices and charges by the corresponding amount.
Due to the way different screens and individual screen settings can affect color reproduction, we cannot guarantee that the color shades of the products will match the images displayed when you, as a consumer, visit our online store. We reserve the right to any printing and typing errors.

7. Ownership
Ownership of the product, and the risk of loss or damage to the product, transfers to you as soon as the goods have left our warehouse in Landvetter, Sweden.
8. Payment
Epictravelgear.com uses Klarna Checkout. With Klarna Checkout, all of Klarna's payment options are included: Pay now (card payments, bank transfers and Klarna Direct), Pay later (invoice) and Split up (installment plan 6, 12, 24 and 36 months and flexible payments). Klarna handles everything that happens in the checkout and also continuously updates it with improvements and features to increase conversion and make it smooth for you.

Scandinavian Travelinnovation AB (556909-8360) is the data controller for the information you provide to epictravelgear.com. By shopping at epictravelgear.com, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data.

If you choose to pay by invoice or installment plan from Klarna, you must provide your social security number. When purchasing through Klarna, the necessary information is also passed on to them so that they can fulfill their obligations.

We reserve the right to errors and omissions in the content and prices on our website. Also price changes.
