Description
VTT O2™ is short for Variable Thickness Technology Airthrust, and is our unibody polypropylene shell and manufacturing process taken even further. As usual, we have done a lot of special small things with these shells in order to optimize strength and lightweightness in a very tidy package. We also use the new Airthrust technology, O2 is compressed into the material during the manufacturing process making the material even stronger but using less material. Good for the user because of the low product weight but even better for the environment when using less material.
We really love polypropylene for its strength rich details we can create with it. Polypropylene used to be a heavy, boring, but very stable material. With the help of some EPIC energy and our VTT O2 process it is now lightweight, dynamic, and still very stable.
